Your Pain Body is very Seductive, www.soundstrue.comwww.namastepublishing.com ECKHART TOLLE'S teaching about the pain body is extremely interesting. I would like to find a piece in which he explains it from the basics. It's best to pick up a copy of "The Power of Now" to get a better understanding of it. My imperfect explination is that by trying to avoid uncomfortable feelings and experiences in the present, the residue of this uncomfortable and incomplete moment is stored in a "mental-emotional-bodypattern" complex of memory. This residue he calls the pain body, and it can be triggered back into reaction by any similar experience. It is then so easy to become identified with this body of pain (pain body) as a tragic heroic figure, and any re-exposure to a similar pain will reinforce the tragic-heroic identity that you are unconsciously nursing. Of course all of this unconscious behavior is totally counter productive because it drives you further into the same equation. WOW! Srečati se s svojimi starši, ženo, možem, po mnogo letih poroke so vzorci precej dokončni kdo misliš da on je, kdo on misli da ti si, in način s katerim komunicirata.. Še težje je srečati svojega nekdanjega moža, ali nekdanjo ženo. In biti Prisoten tam in tedaj. Biti v telesu.. Tako da srečuješ človeška bitja brez preteklosti. Ne da se ne moreš spomniti določenih stvari, ki so jih naredili, ampak da ne prineseš preteklosti kot glavni način delovanja v komunikacijo. Srečati vsakogar brez preteklosti, zgolj v tem trenutku, skozi moč tega trenutka, kar je moč Prisotnosti, ki je to kar ti si. In ne srečevati drugih oseb kot hodečo osebno zgodovino. In to je zelo osvobajajoče, ko lahko.. Celo svojo mati in svojega očeta, s katerima, precej ljudi.. nekateri imajo odlične odnose s svojo mamo in očetom, nekateri so odrasli v dokaj zavestni družini, in mnogi v tem svetu niso odrasli v zavestni.. Njihova mati in oče sta manifestirala različne stopnje nezavestnosti. In zamera se nakopiči čez leta, tako da mnogo odraslih otrok in staršev pogosto.. Krivice, zamere, pritoževanja, on me ne razume, vedno me kritizira, niti me noče razumeti, moj oče ali mati.. In enaki odzivi se zgodijo vedno, ko jih obiščeš. In potem je spor in odideš. Naslednjič se spet zgodi. In potem jih en dan srečaš, se pokažeš na vhodnih vratih, in jih pogledaš in v istem času občutiš notranje telo. Nato vstopiš in se usedeš, in jih pogledaš, še vedno čutiš notranje telo. Kajti sedaj je nujno, da si zakoreninjen.. Sedaj je nujno, da si zakoreninjen v Zdaj. In potem dobiš staro stvar. Tvoj oče reče, "ali si še vedno v stiku s to duhovno lari fari neumnostjo.." "Še vedno nisi dobil službe, mar ne?" "Leta nazaj sem ti rekel, da bi moral to in ono." V takem trenutku moraš biti zelo Prisoten. In tam sediš,... No ja, se vedno to počnem,.. Ampak potem, on, če je tvoj oče, ona, če je tvoja mati, po določenem času začuti rahlo zmedo, kajti nič več ne hraniš starih vzorcev, ne reagiraš, in njegov ali njen ego občuti nekakšno pomanjkanje. In tako.. težko bo za njih, da držijo.. Da odigrajo ta scenarij, če drugi nič več ne igra. Nič več ne reagira. Enostavno izrazi tako pač to je. In niti ničesar več ne pričakuješ, kajti pričakovanja, da bi se on ali ona morala obnašati na določen način, da me naredi srečnega, ima veze s tem, da se identificiraš z določenimi mislimi. "Tako bi stvari morale biti. On bi me moral razumeti. Tako da bom lahko srečen." Celotna stvar je iluzija. Kajti ti ne boš srečen niti, ko te razume, ne bo nobene prave spremembe zate. Sedaj me razume, kaj sedaj? Kaj se je spremenilo? Nič. Ne razume me, torej, isto, nič. Osvobodiš se tega, kar si prej mislil, da rabiš, ko si se identificiral z mislimi. V Prisotnosti ne rabiš ničesar, mišljeno v psihološkem smislu. Ne rabiš psihološkega tega ali onega. In tam si in lahko vidiš vzorce v svojem očetu ali materi, kako se majejo. Prvič, mogoče, te bo on ali ona vprašal pristno vprašanje. "S čim se v resnici ukvarjaš? Kaj je to?" To se je zgodilo, ljudje so mi govorili o teh čudežih.
