Atheists aren't that bad. This is NOT an argument for atheism... It's a defense of atheists. This video received the award for "Excellence in Humanist Communications" from the Harvard University Humanist Chaplaincy. James Randi said this video was "very cool!" Michael Shermer said it was "very impressive." Penn & Teller said, "If a god existed, this video would make him wish he were dead." Dan Barker (author of "Losing Faith in Faith") said it was "very creative and powerful" and that it "makes a GREAT point!" Greg Epstein (the Humanist Chaplain of Harvard University) said "it's a wonderful video!" Stephen Ulh (author of "Imagine No Superstition") said that this video was "just wonderful for the cause of atheism." David Mills (author of "Atheist Universe") said "I am absolutely addicted to watching this fabulous video, which has almost instantly become a legend in the freethought community. Zak has created the most intellectually and emotionally powerful multimedia presentation I've ever seen endorsing the atheist position. This is a proud moment for all rational-minded people. Atheist books can have wide-reaching influence, but I strongly suspect that Zak's video will influence a much larger audience than any atheist book ever published. The first few times I watched this video, I literally had tears in my eyes by the end. The artistic talent and technical skills required to write and produce this video -- as well as its core message -- have made Zachary Kroger my newest freethought hero. I'm not surprised at the HUGE reaction Zak's video has generated." This video (among others) was also mentioned in the November 4th New York Times article "God and Man on YouTube." Nobelief.com said this was "the best video of 2006." NOTE- It has been brought to my attention that Marlon Brando, Mark Twain, and Susan B. Anthony are not atheists. How would you improve on the false god's 10 commandments? I made this video because I was tired of hearing how I, as an atheist, am immoral and can't be moral simply because I don't believe someone else's fairy tale. This Atheists 10 Commandments. 1. Thou shalt not kill nor empower your government to kill for you. 2. Thou shalt not steal nor empower your government to steal for you. 3. Thou shalt not rape, molest or engage in non-consensual sex with other men, women, children or animals. 4. Thou shalt covet thy life and live it to the fullest for this is the only life thou shalt get. 5. Thou shal live in harmony with the earth and all its creatures. 6. Thou shalt teat al human beings as equal regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation and culture 7. Thou shalt not covet material wealth. 8. Thou shalt strive to understand the universe to that thou shalt begin to understand thyself. 9. Thou shalt teach thy fellow beings the laws of science, math, and nature, for it is by these laws that the universe and all life has come into existence. 10. Thou shalt not beleive anything on faith. Instead, he launched into a full-on appeal for atheists to make public their beliefs and to aggressively fight the incursion of religion into politics and education (quoting Douglas Adams in the bargain). Scientists and intellectuals hold very different beliefs about God from the American public, he says, yet they are cowed by the overall political environment. Dawkins' scornful tone drew strongly mixed reactions from the audience; some stood and applauded his courage. Others wondered whether his strident approach could do more harm than good. Dawkins went on to publish The God Delusion and become perhaps the world's best-known atheist.

"Militant atheist" seems to be a term used to describe any atheist who even merely speaks out about atheism and religion. This is tactic to associate atheists and agnostics with Stalin and Pol Pot, and evade the actual argument of God's existence. "Science brings men nearer to God" - Louis Pasteur "The FOOL hath said in his heart, there is no God".- Psalms 14:1 Atheists, please stop making claims without support or scientific evidence. Also, please stop asking questions which were already answered in this video. EX. "Who created God?" Again, the 1st law confirms energy is eternal. Before the universe began, there must have existed an ORIGINAL, initial, energy source which has ALWAYS existed. This initial, original, energy source IS God. ( GOD IS THE CREATOR WHO IS UNCREATED) Atheists may say " Well, all of the energy in the universe could have derived itself from multiple energy sources, not just a single one".That maybe true, but it still poses a serious problem. Multiple or single unintelligent energy source(s) would most likely result in chaos and disorder. (cont) Because they can't regulate their outflow of energy thus, dispersing uncontrolled and violent emissions of energy without organization or order unlike an intelligent energy source (GOD). Every example of DUMB energy source(s) that we can observe are volatile and destructive by nature and will NEVER create organization . Examples : the sun, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes. Sure tornadoes or hurricanes may APPEAR organized but, they will never CREATE organization. You can still hope that all of the energy in the universe originated from an unconscious, dumb, energy source or multiple ones, but it defies common sense and reasoning. We can clearly observe complexity, design, and order throughout the universe. The possibility of a single all powerful, intelligent, energy source (God) still remains ( This is more logical). Atheists may also say " Well, based on the 2nd law of thermodynamics God may eventually disorganize and deteriorate overtime if he is composed of energy". God is composed of energy but not entirely energy. The God I serve is composed of INFINITE INTELLIGENCE as well. (cont.) He can certainly be intelligent enough to break the boundaries of the 2nd law and find a way to harness his energy infinitely and NEVER result in disorder. If you can't agree with this explanation, you're putting limits on God which is simply IDIOTIC. PS: This song will be found in the track, "Crucifixion" from the "Passion of the Christ" soundtrack.
